Managing Access to Models

About Access Groups

In Eggplant DAI, you can use groups to share models among multiple users. Admin users can create groups and add users to groups.

note

An access group is automatically created for every user to allow them to create their own models.

Create an Access Group

  1. Go to Account > Manage Access Groups to open the Manage Access Groups dialog box.
  2. Click New. A new group called New Access Group (1) is added to the list.
  3. Double-click the name to select it so that you can customize the group name.

Add a User to an Access Group

  1. Go to Account > Add/remove Users to Access Groups to open a dialog box with the same name.
  2. In the left pane, select the user that you're interested in.
  3. In the right pane, from the Add Access Groups list, select the groups that you want to add the user to. Alternatively, you can enter the same groups as a comma-separated list in the Access Groups box.
  4. Click Save.

Remove a User from an Access Group
