Manage Your Account Details

Your administrator needs to set up your Eggplant account and provide you with:

  • User credentials, either by email or an alternative secure method
  • The appropriate URL to log in to Eggplant DAI.
ノート

If your DAI installation uses single sign-on (SSO), then your DAI users are managed by the software your company uses for network authentication (known as an "identity provider"). When SSO is enabled in DAI, your company's network administrator performs all the tasks on this page in the identity provider.

See What Does it Mean to use SSO with DAI? for more information about the integration.

Logging in for the First Time

When you log in for the first time, as well as entering your username and password, you might be asked to update your password, user profile, and to set up multi-factor authentication.

After your first login, you can manage your own account details:

Change Your Password

You can change your own password and other account details from the Account Management Console.

ノート
