Troubleshooting Cloud Deployments
To support cloud deployments of Eggplant Studio, Keysight has provided a reference architecture which utilizes Coder to host two containers: Eggplant Studio and the Eggplant Fusion Engine. Coder is a third party, open-source tool for "creating and managing cloud development environments on your infrastructure." Once installed and configured according to the reference architecture, Coder provides a web front end for engineers to create new instances of Eggplant Studio, running on a remote server, at the click of a button.
Keysight offers support for our Eggplant Studio and FusionEngine container images only. The reference architecture, installation instructions , and associated Coder template are for reference only. We cannot provide assistance with Coder or alternative container deployment methods. For assistance with Coder, please refer to Coder's official documentation. While compatibility with standard VS Code features is expected, some functionality may depend on your Coder configuration and available resources.
For support of the Keysight Eggplant containers, please contact your Technical Success Manager or our Eggplant Customer Support . Include details about your deployment environment, Eggplant Studio version, and steps to reproduce the problem. You can obtain version information for Eggplant Studio and its dependencies by running the command >Eggplant Studio: Version Information in the VS Code command palette.
