WebDriver and xcuitrunner improvements

• We've added support for macOS Catalina version 10.15.1.
• We've fixed an issue where the WebDriver would not detect Android devices on Ubuntu Linux.

codesign improvements

• We've fixed an issue where codesign would not work correctly, if the app was being re-signed using the embedded provisioning profile
• We've fixed an issue where you could mix the --udid parameter on one hand, and the --provisioningProfile and --certificate parameters on another.
