WebDriver improvements

• We've fixed an issue where capturing screenshots of Android devices could take a long time.
• We've fixed an issue where remotely controlling iOS devices would fail on certain types of iOS devices.
• We've fixed an issue where the energy logs for iOS devices would not display correctly.

ios-reset improvements

• We've fixed an issue where ios-reset would fail to launch properly.
• We've fixed an issue where ios-reset would not work correctly if the reset process included a reboot.
