Initialises a new instance of the Url class, with the specified protocol, ipEndPoint (host/port) and path.

Parameters

protocol: Type: Facilita.Web Protocol
The protocol to use.

ipEndPoint: Type: Facilita.Native IpEndPoint
The hostname/IP address and port.

path: Type: System String
The path to be appended to the URL.
