Eggplant Gateway for Appium

Support to launch iOS simulators using the Appium gateway. Screen mirror, touch and keyboard interactions are implemented. Specific VNC extensions like install app, goto home, ... are not yet available.

Fixed an issue where the gateway could not connect to the Appium session.

PCS

Improved connection status updates. Info and error messages from epgw are now also reflected in the PCS connection status.

Fixed an issue where epgw connection processes are not terminated when PCS is stopped.

General improvements

Improved input validation when starting a connection from EPF. Trailing whitespaces and carriage returns are removed.
