Partial Support Details
Windows Key Combinations — Citrix HTML5
Windows Key combinations (such as Win+D or Win+L) are partially supported via Citrix HTML5. Some combinations are intercepted by the local browser or operating system before they reach the Citrix session, preventing them from being forwarded to the remote desktop.
