epgw add cloud-sut - Add a new Cloud SUT connection

Options

Option	Description
----name	The connection name
----authority	The authority issuing access tokens (usually Keycloak).
----clientId	The Client ID used to authenticate with DAI.
----clientSecret	The client secret used to authenticate with DAI.
----dai	The URL of the DAI server.
----resolution	The screen resolution for the Cloud SUT (e.g. 1920x1080). Defaults to 1920x1080 when not specified.
----subsampling	Set the Jpeg parameter chrominance subsampling.
----preferredVncPort	Set the prefered VNC port.
----preferredWebDriverPort	Set the prefered WebDriver port.
