Functionality Support for RDP Smart Card connection
This page outlines the features and use cases that are supported and not supported when using an RDP smart card connection with Eggplant Gateway.

| Smart card with multiple Cryptographic Service Providers (CSPs) | ✅ | The same certificate may be exposed through more than one CSP. Eggplant Gateway selects the first match and logs a warning. |
| Multiple smart card readers | ✅ | Use the --readerName option to choose the reader used for SUT authentication. |
| Smart card redirection | ✅ | Redirect smart card certificates to the SUT. |
| Smart card with RD Gateway | ❌ | RD Gateway is not supported with smart card authentication. |
