Accessing Chunks Using ordinal-to-last

You can access chunks counting back from the end of a string, list, etc. using ordinal-to-last syntax.

Example:

put the fiftieth-to-last char of "ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZabcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz1234567890!@#$%^&*()-_[]{}\|~`;':,.<>/?π√¢×⎇«»≤≥" --> y

Fraction

Example:

put one fiftieth of a centimeter -—> 0.02 centimeters
