Property key for the timeFormat global property, which controls the format used for the short internet date function.

Example:

put the timeFormat.shortInternetDate --> [day] [mon] [year] [hr24]:[mi] [timeZone]
put the short internet date --> 14 Nov 2021 08:03 -0600
