Selects the tenth chunk element.

Examples:

put the tenth character of "aeronautical" --> c

put the tenth char of "ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ" --> J

Accessing Chunks Using ordinal-to-last

You can access chunks counting back from the end of a string, list, etc. using ordinal-to-last syntax.

Example:

put the tenth-to-last char of "ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ" --> Q
