Ordinal Number

Selects the first chunk element.

Examples:

put "Drink" in FiveLetterWord
replace the first character of "Drink" with "B"
put FiveLetterWord --> Brink

put the first char of "ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ" --> A

Accessing Chunks Using ordinal-to-last

(Added in SenseTalk 2.13)

You can access chunks counting back from the end of a string, list, etc. using ordinal-to-last syntax.

Example:

put the first-to-last char of "ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ" --> Z
