Property key for the timeFormat global property that controls the format used for the internationalTime function

Examples:

put the timeFormat.internationalTime --> [year]-[mo]-[da]T[hr24]:[mi]:[se][timeZone]
put the international time --> 2021-05-14T06:48:35-0600
