Configuration Starting Point

When you run the Create an Injector Family wizard in Eggplant Performance Studio, your configuration options are different for static and cloud injector families. For both injector family types, you need to choose a configuration starting point. The starting point sets the initial values on the following pages, from which they can be changed later if necessary.

Your choices are as follows:

• Use default settings: These settings should work for most environments.

• Copy the settings from an existing injector family: This option can save you time if you already have an injector family with settings similar to the one you're creating. If you choose this option, you'll also need to select the injector family you want to copy.

  All the injector families of the appropriate type in the current workspace, either static or cloud, are available from the list.

  

1. Select your configuration starting point.
2. After you make your choice, click Next to move to the next screen of the wizard.
