Accessing Chunks Using ordinal-to-last

You can access chunks counting back from the end of a string, list, etc. using ordinal-to-last syntax.

Example:

put the eightieth-to-last char of "ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZabcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz1234567890!@#$%^&*()-_[]{}\|~`;':,.<>/?π√¢×⎇«»≤≥" --> U
